Association
(MYSA) is a non-profit
organization, which was
established in July 2003 by
a group of parents and
volunteers. The intention of
this establishment was to
create recreational, social,
and educational programs to
help keep our children off
the streets and away from
harms. So, we started
running soccer training
programs for ages 6-18 years
old in addition to the
adults programs. Over the
last 2 years and through
hard work and commitment
from many of our parents and
volunteers, we began to pave
the way to create MYSA. On
March 2006, MYSA became an
official 501 (C) (3)
non-profit corporation
registered with the state of
Michigan and the Internal
Revenue Services. The goal
of MYSA is to take part in
the development and
betterment of our community
and its youth, through
recreational, social, and
educational activities.
The mission of the MYSA is
to raise awareness of the
diverse interests and needs
of members of our community
and to promote greater
participation in dialogue
and exchange. Through
diplomacy, we can build
strong bridges of
cooperation between our
community and other
communities locally,
nationally, and
internationally.
